Retreat package

1. All reservations are not confirmed until payment is cleared and verified by Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
2. Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.the right to change the schedule and omit any part of the included activities due to unexpected matters. No refunds will be provided for partial or unutilised sectors of the travel package.
3. Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that the customer or anyone else may suffer or incur for the duration of the tour. The customer is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance before the trip.
4. The customer must ensure he/she is medically and physically fit for travel. At the time of booking, the customer is required to disclose any physical, medical or other special needs that require special attention. If such information is not disclosed, Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.reserves the right to refuse to allow the customer to participate/continue with the tour(s), and no refund shall be made by Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.in such event. A pregnant customer must ensure that they have a doctor’s certification and that they are fit for travel. Notwithstanding, a pregnant tour member’s participation is also subject to the company policy of third-party providers, such as ferries, boats, airlines or cruise companies, which have the sole discretion to limit participation. Where participation is restricted in such an event, no refund shall be made by Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
5. No refunds will be made for any unused activities, facilities or unconsumed foods due to late arrival or early departure resulting from transportation changes or any unexpected matters. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure travel documents/visas are valid for over 6 months.
6. In the case of transportation change (delayed or cancelled due to weather or unexpected matters), Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.is not responsible for the additional cost (ie. accommodation, meals, activities or transportation & etc) that may be incurred as a result. Travel times and terms are subject to change Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. will notify you as soon as possible, within a reasonable time, when we receive any information about any changes from the transportation operator/provider. There will not be any refunds for the partial or unutilised portion of the package regardless of changes in schedules by the transportation operator/provider. Regardless of your reservation, transportation operator/provider schedules and travel times may be cancelled or changed without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the transportation operator/provider due to adverse weather, technical or operational changes, safety concerns or any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control.
7. Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. and/or its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principles. Tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and conditions under which the services are provided. Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the services, changes, acts or omissions of any such third-party service provider(s) in respect of the tour offered by Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. shall not be responsible for liabilities which occur beyond its control, including but not limited to errors or damage caused by third-party providers, airlines, cruise companies, flight/cruise/ferry availability and schedules, any costs incurred by tour members (eg. taxes, penalties, difference in currency exchange rates etc). Additionally, Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. also does not hold liability for damages incurred by third parties. In no event shall we be liable for any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
8.  All deposit and balance payments must be paid before the deadline given, upon expiry of the deadline, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice. No refund of deposit (if any) will be made due to payment delay.
9. Tour Fee must be paid in the exact amount as stated in the quotation/booking confirmation, no refund will be made for excessive payments and shall be offset in the subsequent booking.
10. Should any Government authority in Malaysia impose, increase or decrease the tax collected on room and/or meal rates and/or service charges and/or tour packages, Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to collect the tax following alterations to the prevailing government tax.
11. The recipient of this quotation agrees to receive the invoice in electronic format upon checking out from the tour.
12. From time to time, Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. may launch promotions for a certain date range, promotional price offer is only valid for booking confirmations made between that date range. Any booking confirmations made before or after the stated period are not entitled to any promotional price offer. Any request to match the promotional price will not be entertained.
13. The terms & conditions shall constitute the entire terms & conditions and supersede and extinguish all prior agreements and understandings between Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. and the customer. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms & conditions and any booking submitted by the customer or any other arrangement between Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. and the customer, the terms and conditions of these terms & conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated. Additional terms and conditions (should there be any) will be communicated and stated in the booking confirmation/quotation/invoice during booking on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Malaysia Domestic Tours:

1. Cancellation of booking requested at least 3 months before the trip related to valid reasons

• A written notice to be submitted to Leren Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. with valid reasons & documentation proof (i.e. valid reasons include the customer’s health problems, loss of immediate family members, fulfilment of government duties or similar). The tour fee is refundable but subject to evaluation and approval by the travel agency. Requests initiated without written valid reasons will not be entertained. Cancellation charges (as stated below) will be incurred if requests can be fulfilled, if requests cannot be fulfilled, the booking will remain as agreed before the cancellation or change request is initiated.
