Terms & Conditions
- All payments are non-refundable in part or full.
- All payments will be forfeited if there is any cancellation, no show or amendment of the booking.
- STRICTLY non-refundable or non-transferable for any un-used portion of package
- Tourism Tax RM 10 per room per night will imposed for all foreign tourist. Resort will collect the tourism tax from guest upon check in.
- The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
Payment & Cancellation
Once payment is made, all payment will be forfeited if there is any amendment or cancellation of the booking
