Terms & Conditions
1. Flights, transportation, hotels, meals and itinerary stated in this brochure are subject to change without prior notice. Any amendment after booking will be advised accordingly.
2. The sequence of sightseeing, meals and hotels is subject to final confirmation by the local ground operator.
3. Coaches are assigned according to group size; each passenger is entitled to one seat. When luggage hold is full, baggage may be placed inside the coach.
4. The tour is conducted in Mandarin unless otherwise requested at booking and confirmed by the Company.
5. Most hotels and restaurants operate centralised air-conditioning which follows seasonal schedules; adjustments are not available on request. Room type and category depend on hotel availability and cannot be pre-assigned by the Company.
6. Purchase of comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or personal expenses incurred during the tour.

8. The Company reserves the right to rearrange, substitute or cancel any part of the itinerary without compensation due to adverse weather, traffic congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. No refund will be made for any unattended portion should a passenger choose to leave the tour.
10. Images in the itinerary are for illustration only.

12. Passports or travel documents must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date.
13. Travellers aged 2-11 are considered children; 12 years and above are charged adult fare.
14. Full payment is required 35 working days before departure or upon ticket issuance, whichever is earlier.
15. Cancellation of tour booking by the customer must be in writing and the following charges are apply before departure :
1 ≥ 50 days before departure - 100% of deposit
241-49 days - 85% of total tour cost
3 ≤ 40 days - 100% of total tour cost

- LESS THAN 30 DAYS - 100% OF THE FULL AMOUNT
- NO SHOW BY CUSTOMER - 100% OF THE FULL AMOUNT
- NON - REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT 50% OF THE FULL AMOUNT IS PAYABLE 2 DAYS AFTER THE INVOICE ISSUED.
- BALANCE 50% OF THE FULL AMOUNT IS PAYABLE 35 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DEPATURE DATE
